When to stay on Blockify
Blockify is an established app with 316 reviews, and it carries Shopify's Built for Shopify badge, which Order Gate doesn't have yet. It also covers far more of checkout: Blockify hides, renames and reorders payment and shipping methods, adds COD fees and supports upsells on Shopify Plus. If you need those, Order Gate alone won't cover it.
Switching from Blockify
- Install Order Gate and start the 7-day trial.
- Recreate your blocking rules in Order Gate and test them at checkout.
- Turn off the matching rules in Blockify so they don't run twice.
